 Marc Wager,
General Manager
Marc is a seasoned veteran in the security industry. He was a non-commissioned Officer in the United States Armed Forces. Marc specialized in Industrial and Priority Resource security. Priority resource security is security duties performed by Air Police, Security Police and Security Forces and includes securing aircraft on flight lines, priority resources in weapons storage areas, and missile field security.
During his four years in the Military Police, he was also responsible for many aspects of industrial safety, resource protection and procurement, training, and deployment of security forces which was in support of national security. Within our company, he started as a security officer, and quickly moved Scheduling Supervisor, Captain of the Guards, and finally General Manager. |
Dale Randall,
Field Operations Manager
Dale has been working in security since 1992 (25 years). Since he began, Dale has continued his education in safety and security procedures, Public Relations (Community & Customer), Observation and Documentation, Access Control, and CCTV (closed circuit television systems). He also has studied law, about codes, regulations, and ordinances surrounding HOAS (homeowners associations regulations). Dale brings his expertise and knowledge of the industry to ASGS and is in charge of the overall operations, training, recruitment, retention, and upkeep of the officers in the company. His level of experience and expertise is uncommon in the security industry. |
Harold Graham,
Director of Quality Control
As a Quality Control Manager, the daily challenges are multi-faceted and at times very demanding. It is an incredibly rewarding position but also requires superior multitasking abilities. This skill set is where Harold Graham is a master. Harold is very driven, talented and detail-oriented manager. If there is one thing Harold has learned, it’s to know our customer’s expectations and to accommodate them. Harold internally conducts extensive safety training, pre-employment drug screening, random drug screening and background checks to ensure each client has an efficient, trustworthy and educated security officer that is patrolling their community, facility and or job-site. |
